OUR SHIPPING POLICY
We offer FREE Standard USPS First Class Shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders $100 and over (excluding taxes).

All Free Shipping Offers are automatically applied to checkout when thresholds are met. No codes or coupons are required to receive the Free Shipping Offer. Free Shipping offers includes Hawaii, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & APO addresses.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Orders must be placed by 12pm PST to start processing and maybe even shipped on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. Shipping rates are based on the total weight of orders and the address it will ship to. Your shipping rate will be calculated at the time of checkout.

Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico

For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico we offer FREE First-Class USPS Shipping for all orders, Priority 1 - 3 Day and Priority Express Overnight shipping services (excluding taxes).

P.O. Boxes

If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, we offer FREE Shipping USPS First-Class on all orders over $50 (excluding taxes) – no promotional code needed.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are eligible for FREE First-Class USPS Shipping for all orders (excluding taxes) and USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.


International Shipments

All orders are shipped from the U.S.

You can select your preferred carrier at the time of checkout. Shipping rates are based on the total weight of orders and the country it will ship to and will be calculated at the time of checkout. Please note duties and customs fees will not be added to your order. This is the receiver’s responsibility once it enters your intended country.

Any orders outside of the United States (International Orders) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. Mademoiselle Lash does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes. Customs policies differ from country to country and we recommend contacting your local customs office for any additional information.

Orders must be placed by 12:00 (12:00PM) PST to start processing on the same day. If an order is placed after the deadline, it will be processed the next business day. All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Order Processing, Cancellation & Changes

All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused. Recording Business is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Express shipping options. If you are concerned your package is lost or damaged, please contact Recording Business (https://store.recordingbusiness.com/pages/contact) within 15 days from the last scanned date.

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.

Undeliverable addresses include incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. Recording Business is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. Recording Business has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.


Business Days & Holidays

All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. For USPS First Class, Priority and Priority Express Overnight Shipping: orders must be placed by 12pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) to be processed on the same business day otherwise it will be processed the next day.

Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on the following holidays:

For packages shipping to Hawaii & Alaska, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses using USPS Priority there are additional holidays in which packages do not ship from our distribution centers including: Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Columbus Day, and Veteran’s Day.


Pre-orders, Backorders, or Out of Stock Items

Some items are pre-orders and those will be shipped on the shipping date of the product. There may be a time when items may be backordered. In the event this happens, we will let you know what styles available and what styles are backordered. We will ship the styles separately because we want you to have your favorite styles as fast as possible. We will honor the free USPS shipping for all US orders.


Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.

Digital Products

Digital products (products made for digital download) are not shipped and are made available for downloads immediately after payment.
